We guarantee the arrival of all items or you will get your money back.

All orders posted in Australia are fully insured/covered by JG Jewellers.

All parcels sent outside Australia will be covered by JG Jewellers up to the value of $100

(Over this amount we ask that overseas customers pay extra for insurance cover).

This means that if after 4 weeks (6 weeks for overseas customers) your package has still not arrived, We will refund you the amount in full.

Packaging, Sending & time for Arrival...

Each item comes in a clear small bag inside a satin pouch (or gift box if item is a ring). We send item/s through Australian Post in a padded envelope. We Guarantee to send all item/s within 24 hours (excludes weekends and public holidays) of being purchased or we will refund you $10. We will email you when we have posted the item.

Please allow 2-7 days to receive your package (in Australia), occasionally for remote areas it takes longer.

Australian Customers: If you spend over $100 we will send your package via express post (For Customers outside Australia: If there was an express-post option which was at a reasonable price we would also offer it, but I am sorry there isn't one ;-(.

For customers outside Australia: goods can take up to 10-15 days. However, Christmas Holidays, Strikes, and other unforeseen events can delay your package. Please contact us if after 3 weeks you have not received the item.

Shipping cost for Australian customers is:

AU$6.95 for the 1st item ($9.95 if the item is a ring or a large item) and...
AU $2.50 for every additional item

Shipping cost for International (outside Australia) customers is:

AU $6.95 for the 1st item ($14 if the item is a ring or a large item) and
AU $3.50 for every additional item
Insurance cover for all your item/s is an extra $18 (recommended if you spend over $100).
