For your complete peace of mind...
- We will refund the purchase price unconditionally if we are contacted within 7 days (after you receive the item). However, we do not give a refund for the initial postage cost and you are responsible for all return shipping and insurance.
- Each item comes with a 12 month (full refund) guarantee if there is a fault due to manufacturing.
We reserve the right to refuse refunding those who do not contact us with-in 7 days of the item/s being received.
