All of the items displayed on this website are hand-crafted by professional jewellery makers. We inspect each and every item carefully before listing and posting.
For your complete peace of mind...
- We will refund the purchase price unconditionally if we are contacted within 7 days (after you receive the item). However, we do not give a refund for the initial postage cost and you are responsible for all return shipping and insurance.
- Each item comes with a 12 month (full refund) guarantee if there is a fault due to manufacturing.
- We guarantee the arrival of all items...
All orders posted in Australia are fully insured/covered by JG Jewellers. All parcels sent outside Australia will be covered by JG Jewellers up to the value of $100 (Over this amount we ask that overseas customers pay extra for insurance cover). This means that if after 4 weeks (6 weeks for overseas customers) your package has still not arrived, We will refund you the amount in full.
